Start up the ProbitBench

Setup your profile

A profile stores all settings you make during your work with the PBB. The active profile is shown later at the head line of the PBB.

Tip: Have one profile per DUT and DUT version.

Tip: Profiles are stored at “..user\ProbitBench\Profiles”.

Connect to the hardware

Select your hardware from the drop-down menu and click “Connect”.

Use “Continue offline” if you just want to open and analyse already existing result files.

Tip: If the drop-down list is empty

• check the USB connection to the ProbitLab.
• check if the ProbitLab driver are installed properly.

Tip: What does “in use” means: Another application has already connected with this ProbitLab.
