Start up the ProbitBench
Set up your profile, connect to the hardware and prepare your ProbitBench workspace.
Setup your profile
A profile stores all settings you make during your work with the ProbitBench. The active profile is shown later in the head line of the ProbitBench.
Tip: Have one profile per DUT and DUT version.
Tip: Profiles are stored at "..user\ProbitBench\Profiles".
Connect to the hardware
Select your hardware from the drop-down menu and click "Connect".
Use "Continue offline" if you just want to open and analyse already existing result files.
Tip: If the drop-down list is empty:
- check the USB connection to the ProbitLab.
- check if the ProbitLab driver is installed properly.
Tip: "In use" means: another application has already connected with this ProbitLab.
