How do I make individual DALI luminaires blink to identify them?

Short answer
After a successful scan, ProbitSite can make luminaires blink so you can match each DALI address to the physical fitting. To blink the whole installation at once — with the controlling gateway disconnected from the line — use "Press OK to identify all". To blink luminaires one by one, run a scan, then open the device list (the menu item just after "Report") and step through the devices with a long press of the left/right button; the selected device blinks, so you can walk the space and map every address to the right luminaire.

Blink the whole installation at once
With the controlling gateway disconnected from the line, select "Press OK to identify all" in the left-hand menu. Every luminaire on the bus blinks together — a quick way to confirm the whole line is alive and responding.
Blink luminaires one by one
Run a scan first. When it finishes, open the device list — the menu item just after "Report". Step through the discovered devices by long-pressing the left or right button; the selected device blinks. Now you can walk the space and map each DALI address to the physical luminaire, one at a time.

If the scan won't start
